Beautiful Blue Waters! Kids had a great time. Best place to be on a day like today.
We arrived for our first time and started making our way into the pool when my daughter kept getting yelled at to get out. “Adults only!” they kept yelling. So we assumed it was an adult only pool, mind you, not a single sign is posted. So we started making our way into the pool next to it that had a bunch of little kids in it. Again, my daughter got yelled at to get out. I told the lifeguard I didn’t understand since there were kids actively swimming in this pool. She said it was adult only swim and 2 and under only. Again, not a single sign, notice, or warning. We had just showed up and it was our first time being here. Instead of yelling at us, explaining that at the door or from the get go would’ve made more sense. After adult swim, we made our way into the pool then it started to thunder and pour so everyone got kicked out. We received a card when we came in that they only do refunds for lightning. So sadly, we left. We decided it wasn’t worth our time or money for the way we were treated when we got there and we weren’t able to swim long at all due to the rain. The lifeguards are just mean and have zero patience. We will not be returning due to the audacity of the life guards and the outrageous price.
Tonight was our first time here. The pool is clean, staff is nice.
The floating devices that are allowed in the pool are a little outrageous though. It's great that kids can wear life jackets and have inner tubes and noodles, but to let inflatable boats that 3 to 4 young teens can fit in at once in the pool seems dangerous to me. Also it does kind of suck to pay full price to come and just be able to watch because you're unable to swim due to an injury. Otherwise is was OK.
There's a giant slide, a small slide, a rock climbing wall, a dump bucket, and a dicing board.
These are all cool features. What makes the place just okay is that for 15 mns …
This would be a 5 star pool if it wasn't for the fact that 15 minutes out of every hour all of the kids need to get out of the pool. This is so a handful of adults can swim alone. Did they pay extra for this privilege? During the adult swim I've seen numerous parents get upset due to the stupid rule. I'm assuming there must be a handful of Cranberry Karens that keep the stupid rule going. Very unfortunate.
Love our local water park! Beautiful surroundings, my son is 5 and has a complete blast here! We buy a membership every year which makes it worth going even for an hour or two in the evenings after work! They have a huge sand box area and a …
